House Rules:

✘ Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment!
✘ No excessive noise or loud music
✘ No pets allowed in the building
✘ No shoes inside the apartment
✘ No drugs or illegal activities
✘ No guests or overnight visitors who are not listed on your reservation
✘ Late check-out MUST ALWAYS be requested 1 day in advance
✘ Keep the apartment clean and tidy; report any damage or missing items to us immediately

✔ Please wash the dishes
✔ Observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM
✔ Close doors and windows when leaving the apartment

⚠ 500 euro fee for smoking in the apartment
⚠ 500 euro fee for violating the house rules
⚠ A 75 euro/hour fee will be charged if check-out does not occur at the scheduled time and we have not been notified 1 day in advance
⚠ 100 euro/person fee for guests not listed on the reservation
